Next, we meet with you to personally answer any questions and explain more about all that hiring a nanny entails. We meet you where you are and make sure you feel confident as you embark on your only job, selecting the perfect fit for your family!

We will provide you with the candidates you need, fully screened and ready to be hired, and even sample nanny interview questions.

Once you've selected your nanny, it's our pleasure to go through our provided contract template and dig deep into any areas where you need clarification or ideas.

We also help present the offer and help negotiate with your nanny candidate so you can simply relax and get back to what you do best!
Replacement Guarantee
At Select Sitters, every placement comes with a stress free replacement guarantee! We take pride in creating a customized contract for you and your nanny.
We also provide support throughout your time employing your nanny or household manager. We love to hear from clients who have welcomed a new baby or have questions about raises or logistical questions as they continue their relationship with their nanny.
Placements also come with the option to utilize our backup care sitters (for a referral fee) if your nanny is out sick or on a planned vacation. All backup sitters are also screened and filtered to match your expectations and preferences!
